PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND RELATED LEGAL BASIS

The aforementioned data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • To ensure proper fulfilment of accounting, tax, commercial, technical, and general business activities related to the existing relationship;
  • To facilitate shipment of products.

Personal data is collected for this purpose based on the contract in force between the Data Controller and the data subject. If you refuse to provide the data or object to its processing entirely, it may be impossible to continue any commercial or other relationship with our company.

PROCESSING METHODS

The data will be processed using both paper and electronic/information technology/telematic tools, in full compliance with the law and according to principles of lawfulness and fairness, and in a manner that protects your confidentiality.

The data will be processed exclusively by those responsible and in charge of the administrative and commercial sector, who are duly trained.

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The data may be communicated to third parties only to fulfil legal or contractual obligations, such as the Accountant and Credit Institutes. The list of third-party subjects is available from the Data Controller. The data will not be disclosed in any case.

PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the time required by law.

DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS

  • Data subjects have several rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including:
  • The right to access their personal data (once it has been confirmed that their data is being processed by the data controller);
  • The right to obtain the rectification and integration of their data;
  • The right to obtain the erasure of their data;
  • The right to obtain the restriction of the processing of their personal data under certain conditions;
  • The right to receive the personal data provided to the data controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to a different controller;
  • The right to object to the processing of personal data where there are reasons relating to their particular situation;
  • The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing;
  • The right to be informed if their data undergoes a serious breach;
  • The right to withdraw consent to processing at any time;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Requests can be made without formalities to the Data Controller or the data processor, also through a delegate. The Data Controller will provide a suitable response without delay to such requests.

The data controller undertakes to make the exercise of data subjects' rights as easy as possible.
