It is not just about transmitting the basic skills of a profession because we are aware that three weeks of work experience in a company do not create a specialized resource. However, we are certain that they can be a valuable source of experience for the future.
Teamwork, initiative, and commitment are elements that contribute to building self-awareness. Even if it is for a short period, interacting with colleagues - people outside of the school environment - is a source of understanding of the world of work and personal growth.
