I have studied our product lines in catalogues and listened carefully to questions asked by customers. Then, together with my father Gianni and his technicians, I sought and found answers in the workshop. Touching the product, uncovering its secrets and peculiarities, and leaving room for improvement and evolution has always been my distinctive trait.

Born in 1971 with a technical education as a surveyor, I began working at Tecnocupole right after finishing my studies. I started as a switchboard operator and secretary and later became a sales representative. In 1994, I began attending meetings of the Zenital Association, which focused on smoke exhaust systems, a new product recently introduced in the market that would later become one of our core businesses. I still attend the association's events regularly. My career continued in the technical field, taking care of the quotation phase, but not before acquiring important experience in the purchasing department. Over time, my role evolved along with the company, and I became the technical-commercial coordinator.

Michela Pancaldi is the Technical and Commercial Director of Tecnocupole Pancaldi SpA. In 2000, she became a partner and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the company, and in 2017, she became its President.

Swimming in open waters is always a challenge, but it doesn't scare me. I am a long-distance swimmer both in swimming and in life.

I graduated in Economics and Business in 1995, followed by a master’s degree in international marketing. I have always been fascinated by the dynamics of exporting. In July 1996, I joined the company as an assistant in communication, administration, and legal affairs. Today, I manage these areas along with the purchasing department.

Laura Pancaldi joined the Board of Directors in 1999 and became part of the company's ownership structure ten years later. Since 2017, she has been the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Tecnocupole Pancaldi SpA.

I love cooking, which is my daily hobby and a source of inspiration for my work. I will never say a product is ready if it has not met the actual “cooking times”.

My first three training stages were in the assembly of domes, assembly of frames, and the pneumatic department for component storage. The echoes and rhythms from production still accompany me, and I believe that I couldn't really do without them. I consider myself methodical, but I love action. I have always believed in an industrial vision more than an artisanal one, and in this sense, I have directed my contribution to the growth of the organization.

Elena Pancaldi, who obtained a diploma in Accounting, started working at Tecnocupole in March 1995 as a production assistant. She is now the Production Director of Tecnocupole Pancaldi SpA, as well as a partner and councillor of the Board of Directors since 2000.

Rigor and method are the threads of my DNA, from being a student in school to now in the company, 'our' company.

After finishing my studies in accounting, I joined the company ready to move from theory to practice and motivated to be the first of the 'second generation' to carve out my own place in the microcosm called 'Tecnocupole.' Over the years, that microcosm has expanded, as have my responsibilities, from managing general accounting to taking care of relationships with banks and personnel contracts.

Antonella Pancaldi is the Administrative Manager of Tecnocupole Pancaldi SpA and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2017.
